No — most clients provide entry instructions and go about their day. Our teams are vetted and professional so you can book with complete confidence.

What's the difference between standard and deep cleaning?

A standard clean covers all the essentials — bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, floors, and surfaces. A deep clean goes further: baseboards, inside cabinets, appliance exteriors, ceiling fans, and areas that don't get attention in a routine clean. All new clients start with a deep clean.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is based on your home's square footage and service type. You'll see your exact price on the booking form before entering any payment information — no quotes, no phone calls required.

What if I'm not satisfied?

If anything falls short, let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to make it right at no charge — no questions asked.

Will I get the same team every time?

Yes — recurring clients are matched with a consistent team. You'll always know who's coming through your door.

Do you clean Airbnb and short-term rental properties?

How do I pay?

Payment is processed securely online at the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes — reschedule or cancel through your booking confirmation. Recurring clients can pause or cancel anytime with no penalty. We ask for 48 hours notice where possible.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Saratoga, Los Gatos, and Almaden Valley, with coverage extending to Willow Glen, Campbell, Los Altos, Cupertino, Monte Sereno, and surrounding South Bay neighborhoods.
